The Day
Starting with The Sunrise.
Ending in The Sunset.
In between, a lot is happening in The City.
Living The Real Life. Touching The Soul.
And looking for The Answers.
The Day is a conceptual album by Alberto Amar, released in April 2020.
It all started during several trips around Europe, inspired by the need to explore life beyond the city, away from the massive technology that keeps us connected to everything and, at the same time, disconnected from each other.
This album has been produced by Alberto Amar and recorded with the sound engineer Oswaldo Terrones. It was recorded live, all together, capturing the band's energy and spontaneity, and dreaming on top of it.
The Day was produced in an unusual location, traveling far to nature with the whole band, and recording different instruments and soundscapes of the place.
